Account Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your information by mailing us at mohit@tinxy.in . Your request will be processed, and you will receive confirmation of the same via email.

DATA DELETION AND RETENTION:

Data Deletion: Upon the successful completion of an account deletion request, the following data will be deleted:

• Personal Information: Any personally identifiable information (PII) provided during the account creation process, such as name, email address, and contact information.
• Usage Data: Data related to the user’s interactions with the app, such as app usage history and engagement metrics.
• Account Preferences: User-specific settings, preferences, and customization options.

Data Retention: In certain cases, limited data may be retained for a specific duration after account deletion:

• Anonymized Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized data that does not identify individual users may be retained for analytical purposes. This data is used to improve the app’s performance and user experience.
• For purposes of Legal Process: Data necessary for the purpose of any legal claim, dispute or any legal process including but not limited to record keeping of customers for the use period prior to such deletion (for identifying any Intellectual Property Rights infringement, violation of Terms of Use and/or any other breaches etc.)and/or for any investigation or preservation of information for any legal process.

Note: If you have multiple accounts, please follow the steps above for each of them to ensure that we have the correct authority to take action on each account you wish to close.

Note: Once your account is closed, it is no longer accessible by you or anyone else, and it cannot be restored. If you decide later that you want to start using Tinxy devices again, you’ll need to create a new account and repair all Tinxy devices.
