Tinxy 4 Node Smart WiFi Switch (Works with Alexa & Google)

Bought 2 Tinxy switches (2-node at ₹810 and 4-node at ₹1620) in January 2022 during the republic day sale. Wiring is really simple if you understand electrical switchboard wiring. I’m an electrical engineer so very easy for me. During installation, you will need a few small wires, according to your need.

Coming to the smart Switches, here are a few pros.
Pros
1) it works as a two-way switch, manual switches works normally
2) Schedules work as intended
3) Operation with Google Assistant is smooth. I and my family members can operate from Nest, Mobile, and Samsung Wear OS Smartwatch (which is really cool)

This is the best Indian Product i have ever seen in Automation with AI. I have bought 3 Tinxy devices for my home and all are working flawlessly.

Even technical help and product enquiry numbers are great they respond you in very less time.

Pro & Cons

Pro:

1. It is very compact.

2. You can easily fit into your wall box.

3. You can control 4 devices with it along with your existing wall switch.

4. Wiring is so easy, you don’t need for electrician. (Make sure you have little bit knowledge of what is L & N).

5. If i compare with Sonoff 4 channel device then Tinxy is far better.

6. When power goes out, then it will remember the last position of your switch, weather it is wall switch or app switch.

7. Best thing, if your home WiFi goes down then you can still control your appliances via Tinxy app.

8. 2.4 Ghz WiFi connection is required which not an issue as most of the wifi router have that option.

9. If your WiFi is working fine at your home then you can control your connected tinxy appliances anywhere from the world, you just need in your phone mobile data for just to use tinxy app.

10. Last but not the least… Configration with tinxy app is butter on bread 😬.

11. You can easily setup with Alexa and Google Home as far as I’m using both…

The product is very easy to install, with basic wiring skills you won’t need a electrician.

The app is very basic and easy , can’t believe it’s Indian , it has almost 0 latency. Only wifi signal the application won’t pickup well.”, but it’s very much usable once paired

I had many doubts called Tinxy on their customer care they were very polite and helped me install the module

The app works seamlessly with Alexa.

Over all it’s a very good product.

I had bought a google home mini a long time back but i always considered it waste but after i saw tinxy smart home additions , it has been a blast. It is amazing how easy it is to operate the switches via voice and app. Also the modern and futuristic is also backward compatible with traditional switches which is an amazing bonus. Kudos to Tinxy team. I would also applaud the Tinxy tech support which contacted me as soon as the product was delivered to help me with the installation

I am using a 4 channel smart wifi switch and a 16 Amp ac switch. The product is fantastic and by far the best available in the market.after I a lot of research I went for the product and am totally satisfied by the performance so far.alexa integration is also superb . Device firs inside the switch board with no issue and the wiring is also simple . You can control 4 devices using a single module .thus less stress on the router and the unique selling point of the product is that you can use it the conventional way when there is no internet connectivity. Happy to see such excellent indian devices in the market.
